Surveyor for all shallow water applications
Swathe Surveyor produces the waterbed point file as a final result. The grid of this file can be selected and the file is a simple xyz ASCII file, which is easy to transfer to CAD or GIS solutions to produce contour maps, terrain models and 3D presentations for use of different kinds of applications. These output files can be used with various hydrographycal modelling programs as well. Overall AquaticSonar results can be utilized for example in:
- environmental planning, flood control, habitats
- waterways mapping,
- producing of numeric models of the waterways
- minimizing riverhead losses
- ports and harbours
- dredging planning, before and after
- erosion monitoring
or in any other hydrographical surveying tasks which require efficiently produced high resolution data of the bottom.
